LEARN HOW TO MAKE $50,000 A MONTH!

MY MAKING SENSE OF AFFILIATE MARKETING REVIEW

Maybe today is your first time blogging, or maybe you have thousands of page views a day. Regardless of where you’re at, I’m sure monetizing your blog or online business has came up a time or two. Well for me it sure did, which is why I took the Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing Course offered by a very successful blogger named Michelle.

Learn how Michelle went for $0 to $50,000 in Affiliate Income through this online course!

Who is Michelle and why is she considered “successful”?

Michelle runs a blog called Making Sense of Cents where she talks about finance and many other topics. I can’t even begin to tell you how I came across her blog, but what I can tell you is it inspired me immediately! From the very first article I read, I knew  I wanted to live life the way she does. That’s what led me to do my Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing Review

See, Michelle doesn’t blog as just a hobby, she blogs for a living. Sure some of you might be thinking “you can’t make much doing that” and you would be completely wrong. Every month she posts her Latest Income Report for her earnings on her blog. Here is a 6 month example of her recent earnings:

April  –  $71,761

May  –  $69,085

June  –  $68,440

July  –  $112,594

August  –  $90,188

September  –  $102,911

Yes, those are MONTHLY earnings. Each month listed above would make a pretty good yearly salary for the average household, and she does that in a month! Do I have your attention now?  I sure do hope so because this woman is legit. She doesn’t make her money off of scamming innocent people, or by building up a pyramid scheme, she simply is an affiliate for various companies.

Basically what this means is, she advertises for a company and instead of getting paid just to place an advertisement, she gets paid if someone buys something from the source company because of her. She helps sell hosting services such as Bluehost and she also sells a 5 Dollar Meal Plan where you can get easy meals for really cheap! Last month she earned $1000 with Ebates alone!

Instead of paying millions of dollars to advertise to people who may or may not buy a product, these companies can use affiliates. The majority of the time these companies only pay affiliates if something sells. This means the only time they spend money is if they make it first. Sounds like a win-win to me. I don’t have to create a company and hope people want to buy the product, I can just sell someone else’s! For example, I am an affiliate for clothing stores such as Ralph Lauren, Nike, and Macy’s. I also am an affiliate for sports stores like Academy Sports.

Affiliate marketing doesn’t just stop at clothing stores. If it’s a marketable product, you can bet there are affiliates, in some form, helping that business receive sales. Not all products require someone to buy something though. Places like Ebates will even give their affiliates money if someone signs up for their free service. Which isn’t difficult since not only is it free but people even save money through Ebates. You can save money in other ways too. A few of them are listed in an article I wrote: 11 Creative Ways to Save Money On Christmas Shopping.

Just because I’m an affiliate for a company doesn’t mean I’m guaranteed to make money though. I don’t want to just throw links at you for the fun of it or point you to a company I wouldn’t even sign up for myself. I can’t and I wont just sacrifice my integrity for the sake of money. But how do I point you to these links, without coming off as a sleezy, money hungry, sales person?

If I don’t add the links, I can’t make money, and if I add too many links, I come off as too pushy. So how do you find that happy medium where you make money AND your readers don’t abandon you? Well that’s where the course Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing comes into play. It will not only help you advertise without compromising your brand, but it will also help you bring traffic to your blog so that you can capitalize on your new found knowledge. Now that all the hoopla and introductions are out of the way… LETS GET STARTED!!!

My honest review of  the “Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing” course

So if you didn’t catch it above, the course is $197 U.S. dollars. To me that seemed extremely expensive, being a new blogger and all. I mean I just got my hosting service from Bluehost and had maybe posted my first three articles. I was tight for money, but I figured, if i’m going to invest in blogging as a potential source of future income, then I need to treat it like an investment.

The reason I purchased Michelle’s course of Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing is because I believe in Michelle the blogger. Her blog inspired me to start my own, so naturally I would like to replicate whatever she did to get to where she is. Plus she offers to give you your money back, if you’ve implemented the strategies she gives you and you’re still not satisfied.

The money back guarantee was enough to convince me to just go ahead and join. I mean there really wasn’t any way for me to lose. The only issue I really faced was because I was such a new blogger. I just don’t have the traffic to my  website to really see a large impact of this course immediately. I was able to overcome this issue with one simple thought…

If i’m going to start blogging, why not start the right way?

Michelle has already done the trial and error portion and has taken what she has painstakingly learned and placed it into a super easy to understand course. She has truly done all of the leg work and has found a proven method for her blog. It doesn’t matter what niche you are in, this course can still help you!

If you couldn’t guess from what you’ve read so far, I’ll spell it out a little more clear for you… This course was amazing! I still have it open so I can look back at it if I have any questions. It covers so much and it never goes away. That’s right, once you’ve signed up for the course, you will always have access to it and all of the future updates are FREE. Even if the price goes up due to the extra content, you’ll still get the extras free. As you’ll see in My First Months Income Report, I didn’t make a lot of money. As a brand new blogger though, I was super excited with how much I made!

Not sure if this course is for you?

• Affiliate marketing  just hasn’t worked for you yet.

• Spending more time with your loved ones and having a better work-life balance is important to you.

–  You can do the course at your own speed.

–  There is plenty of worksheets to help keep your affiliate and blogging life more organized.

– You’ll get an invite to a Facebook Mastermind group, full of people who have taken the course.

– The bonuses in  the course such as how to bring in more page views and how to build traffic through Pinterest are also amazing!

– All of the strategies in the course have been/are implemented by Michelle. This means it’s proven to work.

– Michelle is very accessible and has no problems helping you with any questions you might have. (She even helped me as I wrote this!)

– Multiple benefits of this course are worth the price tag of $197 on their own.

Course Cons

– The cost, $197 was  a lot of money for a new blogger not making anything from his blog.

– You have to be able to comprehend what is written. There are no videos for the visual learner.

–  This course takes time a patients to implement. Rome wasn’t built in a day you know.

Summary

This course has a lot of valuable information to help you make more money from your blog. I loved taking the course and being in the Mastermind Facebook group has helped all on its own. There are so many bloggers of varying experience within the group. Michelle is always willing to help you become a better blogger. If you broke her income into hours in a work week, you would have to pay her more than the course is worth just to have a conversation with her.

My review of Making Sense of Affiliate marketing and how it can make more money

As long as you actively attempt to apply the information in the course and participate heavily in the Facebook group. As well as stick with it, you’re all but guaranteed to find success as a blogger. Just remember that if you want to be successful, you have to work for it and earn it. Michelle didn’t become a successful blogger overnight. She spent a few years just trying to understand the blogging world.

Just remember, it doesn’t matter if you’ve been blogging for 10 years or 10 days because this course can still help you improve. In fact, I think I’m better for taking it before I became a seasoned blogger because it allows me to capitalize on everything from the very beginning instead of waiting and leaving money on the table. Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing is not for everyone but everyone can use it. Every blogger
honestly needs to take this course so they don’t miss out on money they could have had all along.

I’ve had this course on my radar for months, but haven’t spilled out the money because I’m trying to be frugal until I can justify the cost. Thank you for this review. That’s weird it doesn’t have videos. I would prefer a course with video, but reading’s okay. May actually be able to get through it faster.

It really was a great course. Michelle has been way more than helpful with questions I may have outside of the course. I thought it was a little weird as well because I am more of a visual learner myself. It really was good though. She included pictures to show what she was talking about so I guess that kind of takes the places of the video.

That’s funny because no videos would be a selling point for me! I am glad you’re finding it so helpful. I still haven’t felt confident enough to pull the trigger-$197 is A LOT of money right now.

Yea, it really was quite a bit of money but I’ve found it to be worth it. Everyone has their strong points in learning. If you don’t like videos then you’ll be happy about it for sure! 🙂
